Hi there – I specialize in three main areas: (1) childhood abuse and neglect, (2) religious trauma and cult recovery, and (3) dissociative disorders (DID). I work with adults (18+) who grew up with family members who were emotionally immature, distant, volatile, or abusive. Growing up in a chaotic or unpredictable home can often cause issues that linger into adulthood. You may be experiencing feelings of emptiness, depression, stress, anxiety, irritability, issues with codependency or inability to trust others, harsh self-talk, or numbing/checking out (dissociation). You may also suffer from fatigue, nightmares, or sleep issues.

I also specialize in religious trauma and abuse, working with adults who have experienced harm in religious environments or other high control groups, and are seeking to heal from the damage of indoctrination: persistent feelings of shame and fear, identity confusion, loss of purpose, matters of sexuality/gender, and strained relationships with loved ones.
I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help when you are feeling overwhelmed or helpless. You may be wondering if it is even possible to live a life marked by self-trust, confidence, and healthy intimacy. Relief is found in the process of coming back home to yourself: identifying your needs, trusting your intuition, and honoring your authenticity.
