Kindness Campfires
A Little Warmth.
A Lot of Belonging.
Kindness IS Our Campfire
We chose “Kindness is Our Campfire” as our slogan because it is true. Kindness is at the core of everything we do. It guides how we welcome people, create spaces for connection, and care for our community.
When we gather around a campfire, we are rekindling a way of life that has lived just beneath the noise of the modern world. A way of life where we slow down, listen to one another, and make room for stories, laughter, and friendship. Where strangers can become friends, and people can feel warm, welcome, and loved.
These words carry an important promise: to keep building a community where kindness is something we practice, and belonging is something we share.

Join us around the fire

Good Company. A Glowing Fire.
Something Fun to Share.

Our Kindness Campfires bring the 2SLGBTQ+ community and our allies together in the Snoqualmie Valley for evenings filled with warmth, laughter, and connection.
We pair each campfire with a fun community event, from live music and movie nights to dance parties with our 8 year old DJ Circuit Boy. Each gathering has its own spark, but we always bring the s’mores and good vibes!
Between the music, movies, and marshmallows, there is room to share stories, reconnect with familiar faces, and turn a friendly hello into a new friendship. These simple moments help us slow down and remember how good it feels to be together.
For queer people living in a rural community, finding one another can be powerful. Our campfires offer a safe and welcoming place to build friendships across generations, celebrate who we are, and feel the comfort of belonging close to home.
There Is a Place for You Here
Bring your friends, bring your family, or arrive ready to meet someone new. You do not need to know anyone before you come. A warm welcome is a wonderful place to start.
Keep an eye on our events calendar and join us for our next Kindness Campfire to help keep this way of gathering alive. Every person who pulls up a seat brings something to the circle. Every act of kindness helps keep the fire burning.
